Dear guests, Welcome to our luxury villa Borina!
The living area of the villa is distributed over 2 floors, disposes four bedrooms and perfectly fits up to eight guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a luxury wardrobe and a TV.
Floor 1 - guest house "Borina"
When you get in the villa you will pass through an entrance hall with a toilet, place for outerwear, closet and sideboard for drinks. On the first flour are situated a living room with French fireplace, dining place and independent kitchen supplied with all modern equipment. From the living room and the kitchen you could go out to a covered terrace, part of which is detached for barbeque and dining. On the first floor is also located one of the bedrooms which has a big double bed and an independent bathroom.
Floor 2 - guest house "Borina"
On the second floor are located the other three of the bedrooms. From each of them you could enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and the pine forest.
The first bedroom has a double bed with own bathroom. In the bedroom there is a fireplace which makes romantic atmosphere and coziness. Part of the bedroom is designated as a cabinet and library. There is also a small balcony, part of the bedroom.
The second bedroom is spacious and similarly to the first one it is equipped with a king bed. It provides access to a large balcony which allows you to enjoy some relaxing time and play games with a breath-taking view of the forest.
Floor 2 - Children's room
The third bedroom on the second floor is furnished with two single beds. One of them is located under the other. When only one guest is using the room, one of the beds could remain tidy in order to have more space. It is perfect for a children’s room.
Villa "Borina" - open area
Villa Borina offers an outdoor fireplace (barbecue), two indoor fireplaces and the most modern heating system (heat pump), which cover all needs and create a feeling of unique coziness, comfort and warmth.
