We would like to introduce you to the main rules for stay in this home.

Reservations in Villa Borina can be done in one of the following ways:

* Through the reservation form in the website, in which case there is a need of a confirmation from us
* Through email
* By phone
* Through the reservation platforms we work with

In case you contact the owners directly, your booking is insured through a deposit
equal to 50 % of the total amount for your stay. The remaining 50% is payable by
bank transfer before check-in or cash during the check-in.

Full payment is required for last minute (up to a week before start day) bookings.
In case guests have not officially cancelled their booking and do not show-up, above mentioned deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before the check-in, the deposit is refunded.

If you cancel your reservation between 7 and 14 days before the check-in, the deposit will be used for a future booking.
If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days before the check-in, 50 % of the deposit is non-refundable and 50 % of the deposit will be used for a future booking.

When a client makes a reservation it is considered that he/she has read the general
terms and conditions and agrees with them.

The hours/times for check-in and check-out are as follows:
* Check-in: after 15:00 o’clock.
* Check-out: up to 12:00 o’clock.

Following the national regulations we are obligated to collect some of your personal
data upon check-in. All personal information will be kept confidentially and will not be
used or distributed by us and/or released to any third party unless requested by a
Government agency with legal ground to do so.

In order to guarantee the normal treatment of the villa and the yard, a mandatory deposit of 300 leva (150 euros) is required, payable upon check-in. The deposit is refunded upon departure, after an inspection by the owner and in the presence of one of the guests.

The deposit is not refundable if smoking is allowed in the house or making noise after
10 p.m.

All indoor spaces at the villa are 100% non-smoking. This includes vaping, hookahs, cigarettes and cigars.
This includes e-cigarettes, hookahs, cigarettes, and cigars.
Smoking is allowed on all balconies and common outdoor areas.Please
Use ashtrays and do not throw cigarette butts in the garden.

Loud music and noisy companies are forbidden in all outdoor areas of the property,
especially between 14:00 and 16:00 o’clock and after 22:00 o’clock in the evening.
The guests can enjoy themselves and have fun inside the house as much as they
wish, within the norms of respectful behaviour.

Pets are exceptionally allowed, only if there is a prior agreement with the owners and
without any additional payment.
